Why the parent matters here more than usual

Most developers subcontract construction. L&T is the contractor: it builds airports, metros and refineries, and the residential arm draws on that execution capability directly. The relevant question for a buyer is therefore less about whether the buildings will be built well and more about the commercial terms and the possession date.

A 2028 completion on a 2025 registration is a relatively short cycle for this market, which is consistent with a builder that does not have to wait for a subcontractor.
